The mind is a living organism, in its own incomprehensible and suspenseful way, which many experts try to locate or conceptualize. The more I read, the more I see that each culture places the brain and mind in different places. What I have understood in my own practice is that the mind is a submissive vagabond, a perfect machine that, if it doesn’t have an owner, does as it pleases. Due to lack of training, it usually goes down very dark paths, but it can be controlled. We can control it, and best of all, thanks to the mind, we can do EVERYTHING!

We can build fantasy ships or we can create a factory that produces ships, or we can take an astral ship and travel through worlds and your other selves in other dimensions, who also live their lives in their own way. Interestingly, they also join the list of things that can affect us in this present life, and thank God they didn’t open up to me one after another in such large quantities, because otherwise, I would have many weeks to process the information.

We can also take a psychological boat and set our life on course, enjoying it in a new and exotic way… What name would you give your boat of new life, the one you’ve always dreamed of? And to the life in which you’ve fulfilled yourself on this planet?

They guide us when we ask, protect us when we listen, and perform great acts of service when we seek their help. Sometimes the power and speed of these beings or energies can astonish us, as we may not find logical explanations. Yet these extraordinary events happen to us, and only God knows how!

The soul is an even more mysterious entity than our mind, for we cannot say for certain what it truly is or where it resides. Yet, thanks to the esoteric world, we can perceive it, experience it, understand it, and work with it—to develop it. Our soul comes here to gather experiences and to feel things it could not experience in other dimensions. This is a privilege. Beyond the joy of feeling pleasure and pain, our soul came here to work on very significant matters, some of which are deeply personal—such as karma, emotional trauma, and psychological blocks. These need to be understood in order to move to the next level of consciousness.

We are also part of a global planetary plan, in which not only humans from Earth participate. We cannot be so selfish as to believe that we are the only beings in this vast universe, and that our existence here is a mere accident.

God knows Himself through our knowing of Him within ourselves! And in doing so, we can Create, Believe, Procreate, Succeed, and Receive what we truly desire and need.

The Higher Self is the part of us from which our soul originates when we decide on the life plan for this incarnation. Once we know who our parents will be, what challenges we will need to work on, and what lessons we are meant to experience in this life, the soul departs from its Higher Self and enters the body.

As I understand it, the Higher Self is what we connect with through the unity of our soul, mind, and body. It helps us remember who we truly are, what we’ve come here to do, what our mission is, and it helps us assess whether we are on the right path. Your Higher Self is your greatest and most true Coach. You must learn to hear it, listen to it, recognize it, and maintain contact with it every day, so your soul doesn’t get lost among life’s many distractions and pleasures.

Remembering who we are and maintaining constant, stable contact with our Higher Self makes us feel at peace and at home at all times. It is the greatest source of energy and nourishment for the human being, and cultivating a relationship with it is the most significant gift for the inner development and progress of the soul.
